Valentyn Mykolayovych Tseiko is a Ukrainian entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, media, and digital technologies. He is the founder of Evocommerce, a Ukrainian e-commerce platform created to foster the growth of digital commerce and promote Ukrainian IT products in international markets.
One of Evocommerce's strategic goals is exporting Ukrainian technologies and expertise in e-commerce automation. Developing the product for foreign markets aims to generate added value within Ukraine, attract capital from abroad, support Ukrainian IT professionals, and drive the growth of the technology sector.
Valentyn Tseiko has been active in entrepreneurship since the early 2000s. He has founded and led companies and projects across the advertising, media, online business, and e-commerce sectors. He established a full-service advertising agency that worked with companies from various industries and regions across Ukraine, handling everything from marketing campaigns and event management to the production of advertising materials, print media, and video content.
He has founded both print and online publications, worked as an editor, and developed his own media projects. This experience combined marketing, communications, and technology, serving as the foundation for his subsequent work in e-commerce.
Since 2002, Valentyn Tseiko has been consistently active in the e-commerce sector. One of his key projects was the nationwide business portal "Ukrbusiness" (UB.UA) — an online platform for showcasing and promoting Ukrainian companies. Over the years, the companies and projects under his leadership have served more than 40,000 clients, resulting in extensive practical experience working with small, medium, and large enterprises.
Valentyn Tseiko possesses a solid educational background across various fields, which has fostered a broad professional perspective. His professional interests lie in corporate law, copyright, intellectual property, and the legal protection of business interests. He has participated in entrepreneurial communities and professional and educational events, sharing practical experience with students and young entrepreneurs.
Today, over two decades of entrepreneurial experience are embodied in Evocommerce — a B2C and B2B trading platform that integrates e-commerce, business process automation, marketing, analytics, integrations, and AI tools.
At the core of the project lies the principle of business digital independence: an enterprise should control its own technologies, data, customer base, and sales channels.
Valentyn Tseiko’s strategic vision is to develop Evocommerce into a world-class Ukrainian technology product capable of competing in the global market, helping businesses scale, and simultaneously creating economic value for Ukraine.
